At Autodrive Rentals in Kalamata, we believe absolutely in transparency. Please carefully read our operational terms before proceeding with your booking. The use of our services and the signing of the rental agreement signify your full acceptance of the following clauses.<\/p>

1. Bookings, Changes & Cancellations<\/span><\/h3>
  • Categories, not models:<\/b> All reservations are made strictly for a car <\/span>category<\/span><\/i> and not a specific model (the exact model depends entirely on real-time availability).<\/span><\/li>
  • Payments:<\/b> The confirmation of your booking is secured through a down payment via banking portals (Debit\/Credit\/PayPal\/Apple Pay). The outstanding balance is paid <\/span>upon vehicle delivery<\/b>, in cash or by bank card.<\/span><\/li>
  • Cancellation Policy:<\/b> In any case of rental cancellation by the renter, the initial down payment is NON-refundable. Early returns of the vehicle do not result in any kind of refund.<\/span><\/li>
  • No-Show:<\/b> If you fail to collect the vehicle or cease communication, your booking is automatically canceled after 3 hours from the pre-agreed arrival time (your flight\u2019s arrival time). There is no prospect of a refund for a strict no-show.<\/span><\/li>
  • Force Majeure:<\/b> The company holds no responsibility, nor any obligation to provide compensation, in the event of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, etc.).<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Pickup & Drop-off<\/span><\/h3>
    • Age Limits:<\/b> The minimum age is 21 years old, and the maximum is 75 years old. The driver must have the physical original Driver\u2019s License in their possession, issued at least 1 year prior. An International Driving Permit is required for licenses issued outside of a wide approved list (EU, USA, Canada, UK, AUS, RUS, etc.).<\/span><\/li>
    • Fuel Policy:<\/b> The vehicle is delivered with a specific fuel level. The renter must return it with the exact same level noted (Like for Like).<\/span><\/li>
    • Flight Delays:<\/b> If you selected Airport pick-up, we monitor your flight status using our system and will patiently wait for your delayed arrival at absolutely no extra charge.<\/span><\/li>
    • Cigarette \/ Smoking:<\/strong> Smoking is expressly prohibited inside the vehicles. Violation of this condition will result in a fine (cleaning fee) of \u20ac150. Please note that Full Insurance does not cover any damage to the interior of the car.<\/li><\/ul>

      3. Insurance Policy (Zero Excess)<\/span><\/h3>

      Autodrive provides comprehensive Full Insurance (C.D.W) <\/span>with absolutely zero client participation<\/b> (Zero Excess \/ 0 Deductible) and <\/span>without requiring a \u201cDeposit Guarantee\u201d<\/b> blocked on your card. This insurance also fully covers the tires and the glass\/windows (WUG). <\/span>(Note: The first documented damage by a driver is covered. If the renter causes a second, subsequent crash\/damage under the same contract, it is not covered).<\/span><\/i><\/p>

      \u26a0\ufe0f WHAT THE INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER (Exceptions)<\/b> The full insurance coverage is automatically <\/span>VOIDS<\/b>, and you undertake full compensation for all expenses if damage to the car occurs under the following circumstances: 1. <\/span>DUI \/ Driving Under the Influence:<\/b> Of alcohol, medications, or narcotic substances. 2. <\/span>Illegal & Off-Road Driving:<\/b> Driving outside the approved paved road network (dirt roads, beaches, etc.), or extreme violation of Traffic Laws (running STOP signs, red lights, etc.). 3. <\/span>Abandonment \/ Hit and Run:<\/b> In case of damage, you must call us IMMEDIATELY. You must call the Traffic Police (100) to create a legal report. If you fail to notify us (or the Police) and attempt to hide it, you will be charged 100% of the damage cost. 4. <\/span>Loss\/Destruction of Keys, and Extreme Interior Dirtiness.<\/b> 5. <\/span>Wrong Fuel:<\/b> If the wrong type of fuel is put into the tank (e.g., Gasoline instead of Diesel), the severe mechanical damage is at your expense. 6. <\/span>Electricals – Battery:<\/b> If the renter forgets the lights or radio on while the engine is off, leading to a dead battery. 7. <\/span>Cross-Border Travel:<\/b> Crossing outside the Greek Territory is strictly prohibited (Initial Fine of 200\u20ac + VOID insurances). Conversely, loading the car onto a ferry to travel to a <\/span>Greek island<\/b> is allowed for free, provided you have informed us. 8. <\/span>Weapons\/Illegal Materials:<\/b> The transport of hunting\/firearms is strictly prohibited. Doing so automatically cancels the contract.<\/span><\/p>

      4. Procedure in Case of Damage<\/span><\/h3>

      These things happen, even to the best drivers. Please do not panic. <\/span>For serious damages \/ crashes:<\/b> 1. Call us IMMEDIATELY! (And dial 100 for the police). 2. Do not leave the scene of the incident. The insurance (Accident Care) team will come directly to your location. 3. Within the realm of possibility (max 24 hours), we will provide you with a Replacement Vehicle (provided the damage was not caused by your severe fault\/exception).<\/span><\/p>

      For minor scratches (parking):<\/b> Notify us immediately (never try to hide it). Send us a photo on Viber \/ WhatsApp, and the reporting is done!<\/span><\/p>

      5. Fines & GPS Tracking<\/span><\/h3>

      Fines:<\/b> Fines and traffic tickets submitted to you by the Police are to be paid by you. If you ignore them and they are sent to the company, you will be charged the total amount plus an <\/span>Extra Administration Fee (20%)<\/b>. If your license plates are removed (or the car towed) due to illegal parking, the processing cost for returning the plates is 150.00\u20ac. <\/span>Data (Tracking API – GDPR):<\/b> Our entire fleet is equipped with a <\/span>Geolocation (GPS) system<\/b>, fully compliant with European law (EU-GDPR) and installed strictly to protect fleet property. The data is activated ONLY: a) In cases of Theft\/Misappropriation. b) For \u201cSmart Check-in\u201d verification (mileage\/fuel level). c) If the drop-off time is missed and communication with the driver is impossible. d) In the event of a severe accident to record the location.
